As someone always on the lookout for innovative products that can streamline my home security, I was thrilled when I heard about the August smart lock. My local Best Buy had a demo set up, and I was eager to see it in action. I expected a seamless demonstration of what this smart lock could do.

Upon arriving at the demo station, it appeared straightforward. The lock was right there, waiting to showcase its capabilities.
